01 The brief

The brief was to pair clinical evidence with founder warmth without picking a side. A mulberry-and-linen palette, an editorial serif against a workhorse sans, a stat band that leads with +33.35%, and a founder voice that says the quiet part out loud: 'I built Eora because I was tired of choosing between products that worked and products that felt good. You deserve both.'

  • 01 Identity, voice, and packaging system in mulberry, mocha, and linen.
  • 02 Two-product launch — Body Cream and Body Wash — with PDPs that lead with the clinical claim and trust chips.
  • 03 A Clinical Proof section that turns the lab data into three plain-English tiles: 48-hour hydration, +33.35% moisturisation, 100% derma-tested.
  • 04 Shopify Metaobjects as the CMS — hero copy, founder image, ingredient cards, and Instagram reels are merchandiser-editable without a deploy.

An Instrument Serif × Montserrat pairing — the serif carries the editorial voice, the sans does the heavy lifting in product copy. A mulberry signature against linen and mocha, trust chips, a stat band, and a five-star testimonial wall above a metaobject-driven Instagram reel grid.

03 Process

Branding and engineering
at the same desk.

The compressed timeline made handoff impossible — so we didn't. AYB and Stacksmiths sat in one Slack, one Figma, one daily standup.

  1. W1–2

    Discovery

    Founder interviews with Sakshe. Competitive map of Indian D2C body care. Lab data review of the +33.35% moisturisation claim and the 48-hour hydration result.

  2. W3–5

    Brand

    Identity + packaging + tone. A mulberry signature with linen and mocha; Instrument Serif paired with a workhorse sans. Trust chips locked: Dermatologically Tested, Clinically Tested, SLS & Paraben Free, IFRA Approved Fragrance.

  3. W6–9

    Build

    Astro on Cloudflare Workers, Shopify Storefront for catalogue, Shopify Metaobjects as the editorial CMS for hero/founder image/ingredient cards/reels. A founder-story video with a poster image that plays inside the LCP budget.

  4. W10

    Launch

    Soft launch to Sakshe's network. Hard launch with the Clinical Proof section, the trust strip, and a 5-star testimonial wall above the reels grid.
